HeartKit was independently developed by Sahil Chaddha, an indie developer, with a deep commitment to safeguarding user privacy. I would never want my privacy violated, so I will handle your data with the same respect and care that I expect for my own.

Within the app, no user data or information is collected or stored, except for local storage on your device and, where applicable, on Apple’s iCloud service (refer to their privacy policy for further details).

There is no reliance on third-party services for data collection or storage, no developer servers, and no third-party SDKs. No methods for user identification or tracking are employed, and external services are not granted access to the app or its data. We do not collect your data — full stop.

HeartKit is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. It surfaces your own data, charts and patterns so you can have better-informed conversations with your doctor. Always consult a qualified professional about your health.
